amazing stay during carnival in nice. the apartment's stylish decor and stunning view exceeded our expectations. the location was perfect, with a nearby tram stop and beach area for swimming. loved the air conditioning and the added bonus of a washer dryer. highly recommend this place!

The location of the apartment is unbeatable. Situated right on the Promenade des Anglais, it offers breathtaking views of the Bay of Angels. It's like having a front-row seat to the most beautiful natural spectacle, with the waves crashing right outside your window.

Stayed at La Brise De La Promenade - 5° Floor, and it was an amazing experience! the apartment had a cleverly designed and decorated 'white' interior, giving it a fresh and modern feel. the view of the bay from the main bedroom was absolutely superb, and waking up to it was a dream. the location on Promenade des Anglais was perfect, with easy access to the tram stop and a lovely beach just opposite. the apartment was fully air conditioned, making it comfortable even in the summer heat. All the necessary amenities were in great working condition, including the kitchen and laundry equipment. Plus, the apartment had double glazed windows that reduced traffic noise, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Highly recommended!

I must say, I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was stylishly decorated with a breathtaking view of the bay. And the location was perfect, right on the promenade and close to the beach and tramline. The staff treated me with utmost politeness and even left me a lovely present.

The apartment was very new and functional, with all kitchen and laundry equipment in excellent working condition. The hot shower was great, and the beds, including the sofa bed, were comfortable. The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. We were able to wake up to the sparkling sea every morning and it was simply magical. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to the airport and the old town. Being right on the promenade meant that we were just a stone's throw away from the beach and the tramline, making it convenient to explore the area. Additionally, there were some great restaurants and a convenience shop nearby, so we never had to go far for a good meal or some essentials.

There were a few things that were a bit disappointing during our stay. the room had some maintenance issues such as a loose light fitting and bathroom lights that couldn't be switched off.
